Sadhana. Raga-Bhakti. – Ananta Das Babaji

Posted on:

Bhakti is for the whole universe. Not a Bengali person. Not a UP person. Not a western person. Bhakti is for the whole universe. No Bengali man. No western man. For everyone. Sat-sanga, do puja, read books, hari-nam, hari-katha will clean your heart. Gradually practice. Keep your heart clean. With memory of lila, of course chanting hari-nam. Do sadhana. Do lila-smaran. Pleasure, happiness. Chant hari-nam and do lila-smaran. Going fast, even if you chant 3 lakhs of naam, it will still be vaidhi-bhakti. Gradually taste will come. Taste will come for rag-bhakti. Rag-bhakti. Ruci. Raganuga-bhakti. Ananta Das Babaji

Posted on:

Param Vijayate Sri Krishna Sankirtanam. What is sankirtan? It means the chanting of hari-nam. Name chanting. Hari-nam japa. Taste this. It also means tasting of lila smaran. Together with lila-smaran comes more taste for naam. Together with naam comes more taste for smaran. Taste both of these together. It means loudly (chanting) with many devotees that is also sankirtan. Loudly in kirtan. However it also means not loudly also meaning lila-smaran. Name and Lila. Without lila it is not sankirtan. Lila-smaran – Ananta Das Babaji

Posted on:

Gradually memorise and practice lila smaran gradually. Slowly, slowly. Which time, what divine lila? The eternal lila. First memorise the lila. Different sequences as presented in the books of our acharyas. Then you can implement this in your nama–japa, puja and seva. First meditate on Gaura-lila then one can move to Vraja-lila. Read the Gutika. One can move from Gaura-lila each time and move to Vraja-lila. Ananta Das Babaji

Guru-tattva – Vinod Baba

Posted on:

Guru is Bhagavan. An analogy. The moon, the sun, the moon only reflects light of the sun, the moon is covered in jewels, the sunlight hits the moon and gives you the moonlight. The guru shakti comes from bhagvan. Just as the the moonlight or moonshine is coming from the sun. The guru is the moon and bhagvan in the sun. Behind a guru is bhagvan. Guru is Bhagavan. Vinod Baba

The Citta explained by Vaisnavapada Das Babaji

Posted on:

Citta – stores all samskaras compared to seeds, vasanas compared to trees, and the prakat compared to karma. Cleansing the citta – removes the samskaras, vasanas and karma. As we chant Hare Krishna mantra more and more, the atma separates from the body like a ripe coconut separates from the shell. Chanting and Bhakti detach our samskaras and vasanas from the citta. The soul tastes bhakti-rasa. Vaisnavapada Das Babaji

The form of Krishna – Vaisnavapada Das Babaji

Posted on:

Krishna is always in the Tribhanga form with his flute. He wears yellow clothes – Pitambara. He wears beautiful jewellery. He has a face like a million full moons with lotus eyes. Eyebrows like Rainbows. Body covered with both Chandan and Kasturi fragrances. Krishna has beautiful fragrances. Surrounded by thousands of peacocks with a Peacock feather on his crown. The red gem – Kaustubha gem – illuminates Krishna. Krishna is always talking and speaking about sastra. Krishna is always smiling. He is always singing and playing the flute. Vaisnavapada Das Babaji.
